How iTel Mobile Dialer Works?

1. Mobile dialer for your company will be preconfigured with the following information :
   1. Your brand name/company name.
   2. Your website.
   3. Your switch IP, Port, and IVR extension for balance query.

2. For Demo iTel Mobile Dialer and iTel Mobile Dialer Gold, you will be assigned an operator code.
3. When your client will download Mobile Dialer on their mobile phones, they need to input Operator code, which has been assigned for your company. Once they input operator code, your clients dialer will be configured with your brand name, website, switch IP, Port, and IVR extensions automatically. They don't need to configure it.
4. Please ask your client to save the program on their phone memory instead of storage memory. If they save on phone memory, then program will ask for operator code, and PIN information only for first time.
5. Configure your dialer with your switch IP, Port and IVR. Your client will only download and use it. Does not need to input these information
6. It supports G729, Public IP/work behind NAT, call log and support IVR
