Now it's easy for VoIP service providers & resellers to migrate from existing softswitch to iTel Switch Plus. The entire migration process involves a couple of hours (as projected for 8 GB database) and our support engineers to work on it.

For hosted softswitch owners it becomes even easier to migrate as all database, live (running) calls, remaining balance and traffic is carefully transferred to iTel Switch Plus.

The process of migration involves simple 3 steps that are mentioned below: step-1.png

Softswitch owner needs to provide access of their existing softswitch to us and our support engineers will complete the migration process at backend.

Entire database and necessary information is copied from existing softswitch and transferred to iTel Switch Plus database management system with the help of an exclusive data migration tool.

After the migration is over, migrating resellers or service providers will get the all the important information** such as previous customers' pins, account balance, running calls and live traffic and all necessary billing information in their iTel Switch Plus database.
