Softswitch:
we provide our hosted services on our own configured and in-house modules added Asterisk and GnuGk. We have long experience on these two products. Both of the products are very stable and feature rich. We use GnuGk for H323 and Asterisk for SIP calls. We also use Asterisk for protocol conversion. You can do routing from the billing itself through our iTelRouter product. And also you can use DID numbers and can bundle with your service offerings.
Billing
Along with the softswitch you will get our very powerful billing software iTelBilling. With this billing, you can do postpaid and prepaid service. You can keep unlimited number of resellers. You can generate PIN and can issue recharge cards.
IVR:
: your Combo VoIP also includes IVR services. This is an IP based IVR server. Through this IVR, your client can check their balance, can place a call through calling card and etc.
SIP Dialer:
you can have SIP dialer or soft phone in your Combo pack.
IAX2 Dialer:
if you need to bypass firewall, then you need a iTel Dialer on IAX2 protocol. This requires very less bandwidth and gives u the feelings of freedom to call.
Mobile Dialer:
This service does not exist now. But very soon this service is going to be added in the Combo VoIP package.
VPN:
if any service provider needs VPN service, Combo VoIP is also ready for that.
