At normal scenario, the originating GW/SS used to send the call through internet cloud to the Local SS/GW. However, local SS/GW is connected to the Internet Cloud through the Local ISP/Corporate network.
Calling Model without Any Network Blockage
With the incorporation of REVE VPN Solution, the originating SS/GW will send call to the remote SS+VPN server through internet cloud. This remote VPN server then will encrypt and compress the voice and signal data using SSL VPN technology and RAS cryptography. The encrypted data packets are send to the local SS and VPN server who decompresses and decrypts the data packets into voice and signals. The local SS then sends the calls to local SS/GW.
All the voice and signals also transmitted from Local SS and VPN Server to Remote SS and VPN server in the same way.
